What we want to hear
- Factual corrections. If you see an ingredient claim, an INCI parse, or a safety flag that contradicts published evidence, send us the citation and we'll update.
- Evidence disputes. If you think we've over- or under-weighted a study, link us the paper and explain the issue.
- Missing products. We don't promise to cover everything, but we keep a request list.
Limits
What we can't do
- We can't give you personalized medical advice. For skin concerns, please see a board-certified dermatologist.
- We don't accept paid placement, sponsored reviews, or any form of payment in exchange for coverage or scoring changes. Don't ask.
- We don't share user data because we don't collect it — see the Privacy Policy.
Response time: usually within a week. Complex evidence disputes may take longer.
